Es un vino blanco elaborado con la uva tinta callet y la blanca prensal. No existen en la región blancos elaborados con uvas tintas, lo que da al caldo una originalidad y bouquet diferente, con una interesante complejidad en la cata.&lt;br /&gt;Ahora, la bodega comercializa también la versión de 0,5 litros.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Aguantaba mucho tiempo en la despensa y se podía consumir en cualquier momento.&lt;/p&gt;                                                                      &lt;p&gt;Ahora se sigue utilizando el pescado seco principalmente en los restaurantes para hacer la ensalada payesa. Con el título de &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cata de vinos mallorquines&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; se plantea un recorrido en forma de catas comentadas por los vinos de las bodegas de Mallorca. El primer encuentro se hará con la bodega de Felanitx Armero-Adrover. Se fabrica casi exclusivamente en el municipio de Marratxí, concretamente en la zona de Pòrtol. Su origen se remonta en los tiempos, siendo su procedencia cretense, griega o sarda según los autores. Toma diversas formas siendos las más populares: campesinos (pagés i pagesa), demonio (dimoni), caballero (cavaller), músicos,...
